The scholarship covers tuition and fees only, up to and including 15 credits per semester, for two academic years (fall and spring semesters only) of FULL-TIME STUDY at Harford Community College. The Harford Community College Foundation (HCCF) Board of Directors is a group of community and business leaders who volunteer their time, talent, and treasure to assist Harford Community College in its mission to provide the community with access to educational opportunities. The HCCF is committed to making success stories happen. HCCF is offering an annual $1,000 scholarship for tuition, fees, or books to an HCC student who is enrolled either full or part-time, and who has a history of community and college involvement beyond traditional academic requirements. Financial need will be a consideration, but is not required.

The Harford County Running Club (HCRC) Scholarship program has been supporting the educational needs of its young club members since 1980. To be eligible for the HCRC scholarship students must be current HCRC members. Consideration is given to club participation, school activities, academic achievement, community service, and financial need. The scholarship is available to High School Seniors and above. If you have applied in the past we encourage you to apply again; however, please note that you are not eligible to win in consecutive years.

The Janet Hardy Memorial Scholarship was created in memory of Janet Marie Hardy, a Perryville High School student, who was killed in 2003 by a drunk driver. Our wish is to assist graduating High School Senior’s with higher educational expenses. All applicants will be considered if they meet the following guidelines. Must have a GPA of 3.25 or better and attend a Harford or Cecil County school, participated in one season of soccer during their high school years for their school, a Parks and Recreation league or other league and be committed to attending a 2 year or 4 year college.

The Maryland Delegate Scholarship is offered to Maryland residents who plan to pursue a postsecondary credential full-time (12+ credits undergraduate or 9+ credits graduate per semester) or part-time (6-11 credits undergraduate or 6-8 credits graduate per semester) at a two-year or four-year Maryland college, university or private career school.
